Khalifa on earth
Recall that your Lord said to the angels, "I am
placing a representative (a temporary god) on Earth." They said, "Will You
place therein one who will spread evil therein and shed blood, while we sing
Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your absolute authority?" He said, "I
know what you do not know." 2:30

SATAN IN BIBLE
Isaiah 14:13-14 You said in your heart,
“I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne
above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on
the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon.[b] I will ascend above the tops of the
clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
SATAN’S OFFER TO JESUS
Mathew 4:8-10, Luke 4:5-8
Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him
stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of God,” he
said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:
“‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they
will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot
against a stone.’[c]”
7 Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put
the Lord your God to the test.’[d]”
8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and
showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I
will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is
written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’[e]”
11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and
attended him.

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was
led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2 where for forty days he was
tempted[a] by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of
them he was hungry.
3 The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God,
tell this stone to become bread.”
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live
on bread alone.’[b]”
5 The devil led him up to a high place and showed him
in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6 And he said to him, “I will
give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I
can give it to anyone I want to. 7 If you worship me, it will all be yours.”
8 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord
your God and serve him only.’[c]”

Adam was a human being. Adam, like all humans and jinns
die, therefore ‘Will You place therein one who will spread evil therein and
shed blood, while we sing Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your
absolute authority’ will not apply to Adam.
Representative (a temporary god) in 2:30 can
only be Satan as was given a respite until the Day of Judgement.
